There are several ways you can tell your story.
The following packages are provided as guides to pricing, acknowledging that every life story presents it’s own circumstances and will reflect considerations including things like personal resources, intended audience, number of interviewees, collaborative material and research, things like digitisation and any specific logistics, for example, travel.
One size doesn’t necessarily fit all: for some one-on-one interviews will provide the material desired and required to tell the story. For others, it may be appropriate to involve further contributors, interviewees and extra research.
All writing packages include cover design and professional proof reading.

VIDEO PACKAGES
Package 1
approx. 1 hr interview
10 - 12 minute final cut of film
Inclusion of 80 photos

Package 1
10-12,000 words and 20-40 photos
Three - four hours interviews (2 sessions)

Some nitty gritties concerning pricing and completed products:
- A good watch and a good read. All work is completed with the very clear objective that stories be entertaining, engaging, and interesting, ‘page turners’ and films in which you want to know how the story will unfold.
- Videos are provided on thumb drives, each storing a high resolution version of the film and an internet optimised / compressed version of the film.
- Extra costs may include items such as: travel beyond Melbourne, incorporation (in videos) of pre-existing video footage, super 8 footage and other relevant media, digitising and photo restoration (if necessary), book printing (hard copy) and more sophisticated online publication design.
Payment schedule
- Video: 25% deposit / commencement, 45% upon completion of interviewing, filming, and SCRIPT approval, 35% on completion.
- Writing: 10% deposit (a placeholder), 45% on commencement, 45% on completion
